Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
If the product arrives damaged or defective and there is no replacement available in our stock, the order will be returned and the full amount paid will be refunded.

Returns are not accepted for any other reason.

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• The refund will be processed within 7 days of the courier receiving the returned order.

Exchanges:
If the product arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for a replacement.
